Facilities Technician

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Monitor and record key performance parameters for facilities utilities to ensure optimal operation and reliability of etch systems. Track and report on the consumption of electrical power, water, nitrogen (N₂), WWT chemicals, and DI columns; provide usage trends and summaries to the Facilities Engineer. Perform routine monitoring, testing, and maintenance of facilities systems to ensure the safety of personnel and protection of company assets. Conduct performance monitoring of all facilities-related equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. Maintain and service a wide range of plant facilities equipment, including but not limited to: Air Handling Units (AHUs), air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, exhaust fans, fume scrubbers, WWT plant, RO/DI water systems, vacuum pumps, lighting systems, city water tank, fire-fighting tank, city water pumps, and related piping distribution networks. Oversee and manage external facilities-related services such as janitorial, hygiene, pest control, and waste disposal services. Execute and plan daily job tasks as assigned or instructed by the Facilities Engineer. Perform other duties as assigned by management in support of departmental or operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Good understanding of plant utilities and facilities equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and maintaining utilities systems such as compressed air, HVAC, cooling water, and wastewater treatment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and support after-hours maintenance when necessary.
Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and web-based enterprise platforms. Enhance and support in-house ASP.NET applications and backend scripts to address evolving business needs and user requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems such as MES, SCADA, and IoT platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve application and interface issues to minimize disruptions in production and operations. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, including after-hours assistance for escalated issues from on-site technicians or support teams. Maintain clear, detailed system documentation, including technical specifications, deployment procedures, and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in ASP.NET application development (VB.NET or C#), and familiarity with three-tier architectures.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, databases (MySQL or SQL Server), and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with ERP, MES or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and debug code efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, SCADA integration, and IoT platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary.
Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Negotiate with suppliers on Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and initiate cost reduction programs. Negotiate price reductions, payment terms including Incoterms, and delivery schedules to secure favorable conditions for the company. Source indirect materials, production tooling, and services, including machinery, spare parts, office equipment, and consumables. Direct and/or process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), prepare Purchase Orders (POs), and select vendors based on company requirements. Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers according to agreed lead times and monitor timely delivery. Follow up and expedite orders to prevent or resolve potential shortages. Manage accurate purchasing filing and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, monitoring on-time delivery, quality, and service levels. Monitor and review supplier performance regarding quality and delivery to ensure adherence to company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure cost savings and favorable terms.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, including RFQ, PR, and PO management.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, international trade terms, and payment conditions.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills to ensure compliance and traceability.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
Costing Executive

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and prepare production quotations for all Business Units (BUs). Collaborate with BUs to revise quotations based on changes in Units Per Hour (UPH) and yield. Assist in project cost formulation and budgeting activities. Update device information and pricing data within the system to ensure accuracy. Reconcile customer-updated pricing against existing quotations. Calculate Debit Notes (DN) and Credit Notes (CN) related to pricing discrepancies. Compute and analyze the latest yield, comparing it against quoted values. Compile expense information as requested by BUs and support BU Operational Profit & Loss reporting. Assist in managing cost-related issues as requested by management or BUs. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cost analysis, pricing, or a related function in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to review yield data, cost structures, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with production processes, including UPH and yield, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using ERP or financial software for data entry, updates, and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and calculations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with BUs and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Equipment Engineer

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Set up equipment such as testers, handlers, and probers, and perform qualification activities for production readiness. Establish work procedures and lead a team of technicians to maintain machine performance for reliable 24×7 operations. Analyze equipment performance challenges and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement permanent solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the engineering team to enhance repeatability, reproducibility, and maintainability of equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with semiconductor testing equipment hardware and functionality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve complex equipment issues
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of test programming on Teradyne Ultraflex systems and experience with wafer testing is an advantage.
  • Experience leading technical teams and establishing work procedures in a high-volume production environment is highly desirable.
Equipment Technician

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Ensure optimal machine performance in manufacturing by debugging and characterizing all issues affecting production output. Maintain all machines at correct specifications at all times to minimize downtime. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and longevity. Assist engineers in the setup and qualification of equipment such as testers, handlers, and probers for production.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field with strong knowledge of semiconductor testing equipment hardware and functionality.
  • Good analytical skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
  • Experience with wafer testing and Teradyne Ultraflex systems is an added advantage.
Product Engineer

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Own product performance indicators and drive continuous improvements to meet cost and quality targets. Manage problematic material control by conducting in-depth failure analysis and coordinating with customers for resolution and disposition. Engage with customers on new product introductions, supporting activities from planning through to production. Develop and analyze production test programs, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-volume testing or wafer probing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex product issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Knowledge of test programming on Teradyne Ultraflex systems is an added advantage.
  • Experience in managing product yields and driving quality improvements in a production environment is highly desirable.
Test Technician

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Perform maintenance and line sustaining activities for handlers and testers to ensure optimal operation. Minimize downtime for handlers and testers through proactive troubleshooting and support. Support quality improvement and cost-saving projects related to testing equipment. Execute handler and tester conversions as required. Assist engineers with simulations and evaluations to optimize test processes. Verify and validate Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) failures. Provide feedback to Incoming Quality Control (IQC) on IDM/DM-related incoming quality issues. Communicate quality issues related to handlers to the Preventive Maintenance (PM) team. Brief supervisors, trainers, and operators on newly implemented procedures and requirements. Conduct weekly random audits to ensure compliance and process integrity. Maintain line 5S standards, promote good housekeeping, and uphold zero-accident safety goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, or related field.
  • Basic personal management skills including motivation, organizing, planning, and control.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of semiconductor test equipment is an added advantage.
